Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sprint activities and retrospectives within the AI team

• Manage prioritization of AI-focused backlogs effectively

• Remove impediments and train team members on Agile practices

• Provide concise updates on Agile metrics to stakeholders

• Ensure collaboration aligns with rapid experimentation goals
Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile roles required

• Background in AI, machine learning, or data engineering needed

• Experience with rapid delivery models in Agile settings

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Preferred certifications: PSM, CSM, or equivalent
