Dasro is on the hunt for a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes within a high-visibility AI team. Your expertise will guide sprint planning, improve team predictability, and promote self-organization. Collaborating with data engineering and AI specialists, you'll navigate challenges to support innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Partner with the Product Owner on prioritizing AI-related tasks

• Track metrics and provide updates to executive stakeholders

• Coach teams on agile best practices to foster improvement

• Engage with technical teams on AI and ML project execution
Requirements:

• 8–10 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience

• Experience specifically leading Agile teams in AI-focused environments

• Capable of managing rapid experimentation and uncertainty

• Valid Canadian work authorization

• Scrum or Agile certification is a plus
