Offered as a 12+ month contract, this role requires 8–10 years of Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience in an AI context. You will lead specialized teams, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your experience with AI delivery metrics distinct from traditional methods will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile team processes for AI and ML projects

• Operate independently with minimal oversight

• Translate business and technical language for effective communication

• Develop user stories that reflect both needs clearly

• Manage rapid experimentation and adaptation in workflows
Requirements:

• 8–10 years in Agile leadership roles

• Proven experience in AI or data engineering contexts

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Autonomy in driving team outcomes required

• Preferable Agile certifications, such as PSM or CSM
