We are looking for an experienced engineer to manage integrations between Rally and Jira Cloud.
Your role will involve scripting for automation, ensuring system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with various stakeholders to onboard business teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Automate workflows and configure synchronization jobs between systems
• Develop scripts to extract and report data across IT systems
• Maintain uptime, performance, and reliability of the Rally product
• Debug integration issues between Rally and Jira
• Work with teams to facilitate business onboarding to Rally
Requirements:
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and their applications
• Experience in API integration across IT platforms
• Skilled in JSON and other data formats
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Jira, and Connect All
Utilize your expertise to streamline Rally's workflow automation and support Agile teams.
