Operations Specialist

The practical stuff

Location:

Calgary, Alberta.  This is an In-office position.

Hours:

Standard business hours, approximately 9 to 5. Occasional earlier starts during peak days.

Compensation:  Competitive within the market and commensurate with experience, with a salary range of $50,000–$60,000.

Experience:

2 to 5 years in a structured, operational, or process-driven environment. This does not need to be in legal or real estate. SaaS operations, fintech, logistics, hospitality, banking operations, or similar high-volume environments all apply.

Assessment:  As part of our process, you'll complete a short practical exercise (about 30 minutes). We evaluate people on what they can do, not just what they say they've done.
