Position: GRC Privacy Analyst Role at Benevity
Join Benevity as a GRC Privacy Analyst and lead initiatives in global privacy compliance and data protection program enhancement. Your skills will drive pivotal change.
In this senior role, you will develop and maintain Benevity’s privacy infrastructures, ensuring our practices comply with GDPR, CPRA, and other regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to embed privacy thoroughly into operations, from policy development to managing Data Subject Access Requests. Together with Legal, Engineering, and Security teams, ensure our privacy policies and practices meet diverse regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain Records of Processing Activities

• Develop privacy control frameworks in compliance with laws

• Manage Data Subject Access Request processes

• Design and operationalize DPIAs for business projects

• Monitor global privacy regulations and their impacts
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in privacy or GRC field

• Strong knowledge of GDPR and related laws

• Experience managing compliance tools like One Trust

• Skilled in negotiating Data Processing Agreements

• Ability to explain complex privacy issues clearly
