Become an essential part of our IT team as an Information Technology Support Specialist. This role focuses on technical support, device deployment, and asset management within a professional environment.
You will be responsible for delivering L1 support for user devices and resolving software issues across Windows environments. Your expertise with Microsoft 365 and networking will be essential as you assist users with connectivity problems. Additionally, you will ensure proper hardware deployment and manage ticket life cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues
• Assist in deployment of new user devices
• Manage the ticketing system effectively
• Ensure compliance with SLA requirements
• Maintain detailed asset inventory and documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; IT-related degree is a plus
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and software suites
• Experience with hardware management and assembly
• Strong communication skills with a customer focus
