Position: Training Analyst with LMS Expertise
Support the Training Centre of Expertise as a Training Systems Analyst in Calgary. This contract position focuses on leveraging data analytics within Learning Management Systems.

You will play a vital role in managing learning reports and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with LMS, including troubleshooting and data analysis. Communication skills are crucial for liaising with stakeholders and addressing compliance reporting within various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain learning dashboards and reporting processes

• Support ticket management and operational inquiries effectively

• Ensure access and governance for LMS roles and activities

• Perform data extracts and manage compliance reporting

• Create process documentation and job aids for training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Over 6 years of experience in LMS administration

• Strong skills in reporting, data interpretation, and Microsoft Excel

• Practical experience with Power BI for data management

• Excellent writing skills for procedural documentation
