This full-time, permanent role requires a proactive individual ready to support digital initiatives. You will collaborate with the Digital Experience Project Coordinator and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize technologies. Your work will enhance productivity by translating requirements into user-friendly digital solutions, automating workflows, and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain digital solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Execute digital initiatives to improve processes and efficiency
• Test and refine solutions ensuring usability and reliability
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools for enhancing collaboration
• Monitor and maintain solutions for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English (French is a plus)
• Customer-focused approach and adaptability to changes
