Our client is seeking a Digital Experience Coordinator to support digital communications, content publishing, creative production, analytics reporting, and digital experience initiatives across enterprise digital channels.
Must Have Skills- 1 to 4 years of experience in digital media, graphic design, web administration, or a related field.
- Experience publishing content using a content management system, including content updates, page creation, document publishing, quality assurance, reviews, approvals, and version control.
- Experience supporting digital content and assets in alignment with accessibility, governance, usability, metadata, and brand standards.
- Essential experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate understanding of digital analytics, user experience principles, and accessibility standards.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting demands.
- Coursework or certifications in web content management, accessibility, digital communications, analytics, or user experience.
- Understanding of experience design methodologies, including journey mapping, design thinking, and service design principles.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience supporting user testing, feedback collection, content audits, and website improvement initiatives.
- Experience preparing recurring performance reports, dashboards, and insights using established analytics tools and templates.
- Experience supporting photography, video production, reports, presentations, infographics, and branded templates.
- Complete accurate and timely content updates, page creation, document publishing, and quality assurance activities across websites, intranet platforms, and digital engagement tools.
- Ensure digital content and assets are consistent with brand, governance, usability, accessibility, and metadata standards.
- Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and version control processes with internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Support the creation and updating of branded assets, including graphics, presentations, infographics, reports, and templates.
- Assist with photography and video production coordination and preparation.
- Support user testing, feedback collection, content audits, journey mapping, and website improvement initiatives.
- Monitor digital platforms for usability, accessibility, content, and formatting issues.
- Compile monthly website and digital engagement metrics and prepare recurring performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify and flag trends, anomalies, and potential improvement opportunities to support data-informed decisions.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, meetings, approvals, and project status tracking across digital initiatives.
- Support prioritization and workflow management for digital communications and experience design work.
