Drive digital transformation at MNP as a Consultant focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This office-based position emphasizes configuring D365 CRM applications to meet diverse client needs.
As part of the Digital Solutions team, your experience in understanding business processes will allow you to develop effective solutions using D365 Customer Insights. You will analyze client requirements, conduct training, and provide ongoing support to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document client business needs
• Implement configurations for D365 applications
• Specify detailed solution designs and maintain documentation
• Support project phases and deliver training sessions
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in CRM Model Apps implementations
• Familiarity with D365 Customer Insights and related modules
• Proven analytical and consulting skills
• Degree in Information Technology or Business
• Desirable to hold Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
