ARC Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Service Desk Technician in Calgary, AB. Provide exceptional technical support and client service across multiple industries in this on-site role.
As a Service Desk Technician, you will engage with clients directly to resolve support requests efficiently. Your expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting will be vital, as this role focuses on on-site servicing for a specific client. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client support requests via various channels
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and server issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments and user accounts
• Create and maintain accurate documentation in knowledge base
Requirements:
• 3+ years in IT support or help desk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
