This role at Long View invites you to become a vital part of the team as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Consultant. You will work with clients and internal teams to implement solutions that enhance customer interactions. Your focus will be on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform integrations that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients to create customer-centric solutions
• Lead requirements workshops and fit-gap analyses
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications
• Build solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
• Guide integrations between various systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience with Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules
• Ability to gather requirements and translate needs
• Familiarity with API integrations and external systems
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
