Position: AtkinsRéalis SDx Admin Support Role
Join AtkinsRéalis as an Information Management System Admin Support Specialist. This full-time position focuses on the administration of Hexagon SDx and Smart Foundation within the project environment.

As a key player, you will configure and manage SPF/SDx applications while ensuring effective integrations across various engineering design tools.

Your role involves troubleshooting complex application issues and collaborating with both IT and external vendors. Contributing to user training and project support will enhance the overall functionality of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer SPF/SDx applications, backups, and user access

• Test and deploy environments while setting up workflows

• Maintain integrations and data mapping with key tools

• Troubleshoot application issues and manage support tickets

• Offer user training and ongoing daily support for improvements

Requirements:

• College diploma in relevant technology field

• 5+ years of hands-on support experience

• Strong knowledge of SPF and SDx configurations

• Experience with engineering design tools integration

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
