Managed Services Coordinator

Position: City Managed Services Coordinator Role

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma in IT or 5 years relevant experience

• Experience with BMC Remedy (minimum 2 years)

• Knowledge of City IT systems preferred

• Familiar with Power BI for data analysis

• Strong focus on customer service and coordination skills
