In this role, you will be a vital component of our SPM team, utilizing your extensive background to architect and deliver impactful Service Now solutions. Engage confidently with business and technology stakeholders, focusing on portfolio optimization and strategic alignment. You will manage complex stakeholder dynamics throughout solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct SPM implementation workshops to deliver actionable designs

• Architect end-to-end solutions for major portfolio processes

• Create and maintain comprehensive solution design documents

• Mentor teammates on SPM platform best practices

• Collaborate across Service Now workflows for integrated solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Service Now SPM design experience

• Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SPM implementations

• Strong consultative approach to client interactions

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks

• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
