In this pivotal role, you will provide Level 1 IT support to KFC restaurant team members via phone, email, and online systems. You will ensure that technology incidents and service requests are efficiently resolved. Training staff as needed and contributing to improved processes will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with users to promptly resolve IT issues
• Offer process-related training and support to team members
• Collaborate with other support teams to address complex issues
• Document processes and track service requests using ITSM tools
• Take part in both formal and informal team training
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Technical college degree or equivalent required
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• French Canadian language abilities are an asset
