Position: LMS Training Systems Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and enhance learning reports and dashboards

• Provide comprehensive support in learning services ticketing

• Oversee LMS governance, including user access and changes

• Execute data extracts and manage compliance reporting cycles

• Develop documentation and job aids for users

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields

• 6+ years of LMS administration experience, especially with Workday

• Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI

• Sound judgment for handling sensitive data and compliance

• Strong verbal and written skills for documentation
