Tower Lead - Program & Project Management

Job Summary
Tower Lead - Program & Project Management located in Calgary, Alberta. Candidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings.

Key Responsibilities Manage and drive projects, transitions, and ongoing operations within the infrastructure domain.

Responsible for crisis management, process management, SLA adherence, service improvement, and value‑add initiatives within the business unit.

Oversee run arena – sys‑admin, storage and backup service towers.

Ensure service stability and manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Build consensus, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers at senior business level.

Required Skills & Experience At least 5 years of relevant infrastructure experience, with strong focus on project/transition management and >5 years as project manager.

Technical background (OS: UNIX or Windows, VMware, storage, backup).ITIL and Six Sigma background preferred. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Proficiency with project‑management tools including MS Project and MS Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in crisis management, SLA adherence, service improvement, and project lifecycle management.
