Join Clio as Senior Manager for Customer Success Applications within the GTM Applications team. You will be pivotal in leading the CS team, optimizing tech solutions, and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the CS Platforms team and lead projects
• Manage the Salesforce Service Cloud and CS technology stack
• Create AI-driven customer solutions using Claude
• Develop relationships with AI support vendors
• Collaborate on roadmap development with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Experience with Git and pull-request workflows
• Strong background in AI development tools
• Familiarity with SaaS vendor management
