The Senior Manager, Cyber Security will directly report to the Director, Cyber Security & Infrastructure. In this position, you will manage UFA's cybersecurity program and lead a dedicated team. You'll oversee security operations, threat detection, incident response, and continuously improve the operational security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UFA's Cyber Security team with strategic vision

• Oversee threat monitoring and incident response operations

• Drive improvements through security analytics and automation

• Coordinate operational leadership during cybersecurity incidents

• Partner with leadership to mitigate cybersecurity risks

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience

• 4+ years in leading operations or incident response

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft security technologies

• Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and standards

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
