Position: Senior Data Analyst at Softchoice

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of People and Culture (P&C) reporting strategies. Your expertise will drive data integrity and inform critical people decisions by collaborating with leaders across Softchoice. Utilize advanced analytics tools for comprehensive reporting and contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reporting dashboards for performance monitoring

• Design and maintain complex data models

• Serve as the analytics subject-matter expert

• Ensure data is user-friendly and understandable

• Engage stakeholders in report execution and testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in analytics, math, or related field

• 5+ years with advanced analytics tools

• Proficient in PowerBI and data visualization

• Strong SQL and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in HR operations essential
