Trotter & Morton Infrastructure Analyst Position

Join Trotter & Morton Group of Companies as an Infrastructure Analyst, specializing in network management and IT services. This role requires at least 5 years of advanced IT experience in a hybrid work model.

Seeking a proactive Infrastructure Analyst with advanced IT skills to enhance Trotter & Morton's IT infrastructure. You will manage core systems, cloud transitions, and security measures while also communicating effectively with management and stakeholders. This position plays a key role in maintaining stability and improving the efficiency of our network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services

• Enhance security and maintain IT infrastructure

• Administer hybrid email systems and service uptime

• Plan capacity and manage IT asset life cycles

• Provide Tier 3 support for escalations and issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT, system administration

• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP & VPN

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange

• Familiarity with cloud transitioning and AI software

• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
