Your role will involve both remote and onsite support every day.
This IT Support Specialist position focuses on software installation, server maintenance, and client support. You will maintain Windows
2025 Server, manage backups, and perform server audits. Regular travel across Alberta is required to meet client needs and uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support to clients remotely and onsite
• Handle software installation, support, and upgrades
• Maintain Windows
2025 Server for physical and virtual machines
• Manage server backups both onsite and in the cloud
• Conduct server audits and perform maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support and server management
• Familiarity with Windows
2025 Server environments
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel Alberta-wide as needed
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service
