Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support as the initial contact point
• Setup employee network accounts and personal systems
• Decommission old computer assets following protocols

• Maintain coordination of local IT support issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science preferred
• Minimum of two years in desktop support experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Operating Systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
