The Network Delivery Manager is a seasoned professional with 15‑20 years of experience in the network domain, responsible for overseeing large‑scale enterprise networks of 1,500+ devices across Data Center, Campus Wired/Wireless, and WAN environments. The role demands strong operational management, strategic leadership, and the ability to mentor a team of over 70 engineers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying support gaps, anticipating blockers to service improvements, and organizing resources for maximum efficiency.
• Implement and enforce ITIL best practices in major incident handling, escalation management, and client management.
• Act as the single point of contact for complex network operational deliverables and initiatives.
• Drive continual service improvements, foster a culture of excellence, and maintain clear communication channels with clients and internal teams.
• Support 24/7 operational demands and interact with senior leadership, including Director and CTO‑level stakeholders.

• Expert-level proficiency in Cisco Nexus, Catalyst Switches, ISR/ASR Routers, Check Point and ASA firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Solar Winds, Palo Alto SD‑WAN, Infoblox, and Zscaler Proxy.
• Proven operational exposure to large, complex networks with a commitment to driving improvements and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and hands‑on experience in incident handling and escalation management.
• Leadership experience managing teams of over 70 engineers, driving performance, and mentoring talent.
• Must possess Cisco Routing and Switching knowledge (mandatory).

8‑10 years in network operations and management roles.
