Position: Senior User Experience Designer Taleo Project Services Inc

A Taleo client is seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to support a major enterprise ERP modernization and field service transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA, alongside the implementation of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Work Zone, and mobile field service applications.

The successful candidate will lead the design of intuitive, productive, and user-centred experiences for both office-based employees and field technicians. Working within SAP standards and best practices, they will focus on optimizing workflows, reducing user effort, minimizing customization, and driving user adoption across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead user research activities including interviews, workshops, surveys, and field observations to understand business processes, pain points, and user needs.
Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences across SAP S/4

HANA, SAP Work Zone, and mobile field service applications.
Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with SAP Fiori standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
Produce UX documentation, design specifications, and development-ready artifacts.
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives through onboarding materials and user-focused design improvements.
Monitor post-go-live feedback and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of UX design experience, preferably within enterprise software environments.
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation projects.
Robust understanding of user-centred design methodologies, design thinking, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
