Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Nutrien

As the Senior Cybersecurity & Insider Risk Lead, you will proactively identify and mitigate insider threats while collaborating closely with various teams. This role requires solid experience in cybersecurity incident response, using logs, network traces, and forensic data to investigate suspicious activities. You'll also enhance risk detection strategies and develop best practice workflows to continuously improve insider risk processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify threats using cybersecurity telemetry and enterprise systems

• Lead investigations into anomalous or suspicious behaviors

• Triage and remediate insider risk alerts with end-to-end ownership

• Develop insider risk processes and playbooks aligned with best practices

• Partner with teams to implement risk awareness initiatives

Requirements:

• 4+ years in cybersecurity incident response

• IT-related diploma or degree, or equivalent experience

• Fluent in English with global team experience

• Ability to work independently within teams
