Hybrid Learning Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee LMS security roles and governance

• Generate and analyze learning reports and dashboards

• Draft comprehensive process documentation and job aids

• Address compliance reporting and ensure data quality

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experiences

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in LMS Administration

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency

• Knowledge of Service Now or similar systems

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
