Become a key player as a Digital Workplace Analyst in Calgary with a hybrid model. This role focuses on quality assurance and business analysis specific to Microsoft 365 and security platforms.
With over three years of experience in QA and business analysis, you'll support digital initiatives by documenting requirements and managing testing activities using Azure Dev Ops. Your communication skills will be essential in liaising with business users and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment and expectations throughout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and maintain business requirements and user stories
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions for project-related initiatives
• Conduct research on Microsoft 365 platform changes
• Develop test plans and manage testing processes
• Provide QA status updates and support defect tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in business analysis and quality assurance
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 products including Intune and Office
• Strong understanding of QA principles and testing phases
• Excellent communication skills across multiple teams
• Familiarity with change management processes
