This senior role involves designing user-centered experiences while transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA and implementing SAP Business Technology Platform. Your work will optimize workflows, enhance usability, and support field service transformations. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver design artifacts and improve user engagement throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research through interviews and field observations

Requirements:
