Dasro is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for a 12-month contract role. You will partner with the Product Owner to manage AI-focused backlogs, fostering collaboration between data engineering and machine learning teams. Your coaching expertise will be essential in promoting thorough Agile adoption and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Optimize Agile processes for AI projects
• Track metrics and communicate outcomes
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies
• Support collaboration across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in Agile Scrum roles
• Experience in AI or machine learning fields
• Comfortable working with uncertainty in projects
• Valid work authorization in Canada
• Scrum certifications preferred
