SAP UX Designer Enterprise Transformation

Position: SAP UX Designer for Enterprise Transformation
Lead user experience design for a significant SAP transformation at RANDSTAD Canada. This role focuses on optimizing user workflows and minimizing friction in both office and field environments.

As a pivotal SAP Technical UX Designer, you will guide user experience across the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA. Your responsibilities will include leveraging SAP Fiori for creating highly efficient solutions that cater to the needs of both office employees and field technicians. You will serve as an advocate for end-users, conducting research and streamlining the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research to understand office and field staff needs

• Design user flows and wireframes adhering to SAP Fiori standards

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and integrity

• Develop UX documentation and specifications for technical teams

• Monitor user feedback to drive continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX or related field

• 5+ years of UX design experience

• Strong familiarity with SAP S/4

HANA

• Proficient in Figma or Adobe XD

• Experience with mobile UX design principles
