In this hands-on role based in Quarry Crossing, you will tackle complex issues related to computing devices, printers, and other IT applications. Leveraging your three to five years of deskside experience, you will not only resolve technical problems but also serve as an escalation point for Customer Support I. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior staff on solution implementation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support onsite and remotely
• Resolve complex technical issues and requests
• Escalate unresolved problems to senior teams
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Promote quality improvement strategies among colleagues
Requirements:
• Certificate in Computer Support or equivalent
• Three to five years of deskside experience
• Strong knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft products
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve diverse problems
Leverage your technical expertise to enhance user support and improve IT services within Alberta Health Services.
