On-Site Solution Architect at MNP

As a full-time Solution Architect, you will serve as the architectural authority for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role demands significant experience in managing CRM solutions, guiding both technical and functional aspects of projects while ensuring a seamless implementation. Collaborate directly with executives and IT teams to shape strategy and design, enhancing client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Dynamics CRM, D365, and Power Platform

• Develop insightful recommendations to exceed deliverable targets

• Communicate architectural designs directly with clients, including CTOs/CIOs

• Mentor and coach team members towards their professional growth

• Raise MNP’s community presence through discussions and presentations

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience

• 5-10 years with CRM, D365, and Power Platform

• Strong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle

• Proven experience in complex system integration

• Ability to attain Canadian Enhanced Reliability security clearance
