Your role will focus on maximizing client satisfaction through cutting-edge technology and tailored support.
In this full-time role, you will become a trusted advisor for clients by ensuring their IT needs are met effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide expert recommendations on IT solutions. Drive client retention by addressing challenges swiftly and working closely with internal technical teams to optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing valuable feedback
• Perform regular Technology Business Reviews for clients
• Create tailored quotes for new IT products and services
• Track and manage customer renewals within timelines
• Ensure accuracy of client information in systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services necessary
• Proven customer service experience is a must
• At least 1 year in cybersecurity fundamentals
• Experience in MSP/IT technical services preferred
