Working alongside Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and Operational Technology teams, you will take ownership of a critical enterprise monitoring platform while contributing to automation, continuous improvement, and proactive service delivery. Your expertise will directly support the reliability and performance of business-critical technology environments.

- You ll administer and optimize the enterprise Solar Winds environment, including platform maintenance, upgrades, configuration, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
- You ll monitor infrastructure, network, cloud, application, and operational technology environments while designing alerts, managing thresholds, and improving event correlation.
- You ll coordinate monitoring-related incidents, ensuring timely escalation, remediation, and resolution of service-impacting issues.
- You ll develop operational dashboards, executive reporting, performance metrics, and documentation, including procedures and knowledge articles.
- You ll collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to establish monitoring standards, improve visibility, and enhance operational processes.
- You ll drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, predictive monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency while supporting knowledge transfer and mentoring.
- Progressive infrastructure, enterprise monitoring, or systems administration experience.
- Strong experience administering Solar Winds in an enterprise environment, including monitoring infrastructure, networks, cloud, applications, and operational technology environments.
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, and Entra , along with Windows Server administration and operational support.
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM practices, including incident, problem, event, and change management, with the ability to design alerts, manage thresholds, and coordinate service restoration.
- Experience with Service Now, Power Shell scripting, REST APIs, infrastructure automation, and hybrid cloud environments is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Solar Winds Hybrid Cloud Observability, AIOps, observability practices, Power BI, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, Site Reliability Engineering principles, and modern monitoring technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple technical teams.
