Elevate your career as a Service Now Administrator focusing on ITSM processes. Collaborate to enhance our Service Now platform while fostering excellent customer service in a hybrid setup.
In this position, you'll report directly to the Manager of Service Delivery, ensuring our Service Now environment is optimized for productivity. You'll be integral in collaborating with technical analysts to support efficient IT service management. Key tasks include managing configurations, conducting system maintenance, and enhancing features to better serve end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Service Now modules, workflows, and dashboards
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to enhance functionalities
• Ensure system security and performance through regular updates
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve service requests efficiently
• Support knowledge base enhancement and user documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience in Service Now configuration and administration
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Prior experience in Service Desk preferred
