Position: IT Implementation Quality Manager at Graham

Graham is seeking an individual to manage the Corporate Services division's IT implementation and quality assurance efforts. You will lead cross-functional teams and vendors from design to deployment, ensuring solutions meet operational readiness requirements. Your expertise will be essential in risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and underlining quality assurance throughout technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives

• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships

• Oversee project execution, risk, and change management

• Own quality assurance strategy and functional testing

• Drive automation and continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 5–8+ years in IT solutions delivery

• 3–5+ years in Software Quality Assurance

• Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and QA practices

• Experience with CI/CD and test automation
