In this individual contributor role, you will handle helpdesk escalations, oversee Microsoft 365, and ensure the robustness of network security across multiple sites. Your strong technical skills will be key in providing reliable end-user support and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary escalation for complex helpdesk issues

• Administer Okta identity platform and Microsoft 365 tenant

• Manage Cisco Meraki network infrastructure

• Oversee Azure virtual machines and cloud resources

• Maintain IT asset records and documentation

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of IT operations experience

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and enterprise networking

• Familiarity with IAM or SSO platforms

• Experience with EDR platforms like Bitdefender
