Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver deskside support to team members across Canada
• Configure and maintain core applications and devices
• Implement technical standards and support processes
• Conduct individual and group training sessions
• Assist with data recovery operations
Requirements:
• Relevant IT support experience is a plus
• Technically literate with quick learning ability
• Basic understanding of networking and directory services
• Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
