Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Scrum Master to serve as a servant‑leader, facilitator, and coach, driving the adoption and maturation of Agile principles and Scrum practices across our development teams. In this role, you will establish a strong Agile foundation, foster effective collaboration between internal and external teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices
    , ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, and other Agile ceremonies
    .
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the outsourced development team.
  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams to improve Agile maturity and performance
    .
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles, ensuring seamless team progress.
  • Define and enforce Scrum standards
    , fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Agile adoption and delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure visibility into sprint progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure Dashboard

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 4+ years leading Agile teams in an outsourced development environment
    .
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure Dashboard).
  • Proven ability to drive Agile transformation and enhance team performance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
    .
  • Passion for Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
    .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in large‑scale Agile implementations
    .
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coach teams at different stages of Agile adoption.
