Our energy & utilities client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst (15+ years of experience) to deliver infrastructure modernization and security initiatives using SCCM, Intune, SCOM, Service Now, and enterprise infrastructure operations. Join a large‑scale infrastructure operations environment supporting modernization, monitoring, security, and operational improvement initiatives across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on vulnerability remediation, monitoring and observability, SCCM to Intune transition activities, identity and access management, and infrastructure lifecycle support across on‑premises and cloud workloads.

The position offers visibility across infrastructure, Cyber Security, application, and operations teams while supporting critical operational and compliance objectives.

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, systems administration, and enterprise technology delivery
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, risk‑based remediation, and reporting aligned to Cyber Security standards
• Monitoring, observability, dashboard development, actionable alerting, and Service Now integrations across on‑premises and cloud workloads
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience with Azure infrastructure operations
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles
• Experience with phishing‑resistant MFA technologies, passkeys, FIDO2, or certificate‑based authentication
• Experience with Power Shell automation, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, Security, or cloud operations certifications

• Drive vulnerability remediation and patch management initiatives across enterprise infrastructure platforms
• Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms for on‑premises and cloud workloads
• Manage server patching processes using SCCM, including compliance tracking and remediation follow‑up
• Support endpoint management transition activities from SCCM to Intune
• Enhance identity governance, RBAC, privileged access controls, and Conditional Access policies
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and audit evidence
• Coordinate infrastructure modernization and operational improvement initiatives across infrastructure, Cyber Security, application, and operations teams
