Calgary Shift NOC Analyst Position

Long View is looking for a dedicated NOC Analyst in Calgary to manage monitoring tools and maintain clients’ environments effectively. This onsite role requires shift and weekend availability.

In this position, you will play a critical role in incident response and performance monitoring using Solar Winds and Service Now. Your background in managing complex IT infrastructures and incident lifecycle management will contribute significantly to the team's success. Daily responsibilities include conducting vulnerability scans and troubleshooting technical issues, while also providing guidance to fellow analysts in a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address incidents related to infrastructure and app performance

• Monitor security alerts and perform initial threat triage

• Execute server maintenance and backup procedures

• Conduct quarterly vulnerability assessments and remediation

• Provide training and support for junior analysts

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-tenant infrastructure management

• Familiarity with ITIL standards and issue resolution

• Understanding of IT security best practices

• Willingness to work flexible 10-hour shifts

• Commitment to on-site presence in South Calgary
