As a pivotal member of the Accenture team, you will manage the delivery lifecycle for complex CCaaS solutions. You’ll leverage over 10 years of industry experience to create value through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology alignment.

Your role is essential in integrating new AI technologies into existing platforms while effectively communicating processes to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CCaaS technology solutions

• Develop strong client relationships and identify follow-on projects

• Plan migration strategies for platform rollout

• Collaborate with software partners for customer service solutions

• Drive Agile planning, risk identification, and resource management
Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Cloud Contact Center design

• 7+ years in project management and engagement

• 8+ years in technology capabilities alignment

• Proven experience with AI integration in platforms

• Fluent English for global stakeholder interaction
