Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical assistance requests promptly
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively
• Provide user education through how-to support
• Create and update support tickets accurately
• Offer feedback to enhance Service Desk processes
Requirements:
• Completion of Computer Support certificate or equivalent
• 2-3 years in a support desk environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11
• Proficient in VPN troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
