This role involves providing comprehensive support for end-user hardware, peripherals, and software applications, with a focus on virtual collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. You'll also manage mobile devices and assist remote users with MS Office 365 and networking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software
• Assist with virtual collaboration tools and telephony systems
• Administer the Mobile Device Management (MDM) program
• Support remote users on MS Office 365 and Active Directory
• Maintain Knowledge Base Articles for processes and procedures
Requirements:
• Completed 3rd year in Information Technology or similar
• Microsoft certificates or training preferred
• Experience with mobile technologies is a plus
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• Client-centric approach to support
