The IT System & Application Support Specialist is integral to our team, focusing on technical end-user support and system administration. You will install and configure devices while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Your efforts will lay the groundwork for enhanced career opportunities in systems, applications, or cybersecurity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets efficiently
• Install and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and printers
• Manage user accounts and permissions with Active Directory
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Monitor security vulnerabilities and enforce IT best practices
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years in technical customer service
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work proactively and with professionalism
