Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core active directory, networking, and communication equipment

• Oversee data protection across on-premises and cloud systems

• Build and maintain secure IT infrastructure with the IT Manager

• Administer hybrid email systems and manage IT assets

• Provide Tier 3 support and handle escalations effectively

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of general IT experience

• Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or higher

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
