As a full-time Co-op Student, you will work at Gibson Energy's Calgary Head Office, supporting end-users with technical issues across hardware and software.
Your role includes managing collaboration tools, assisting with mobile device configuration, and maintaining vital knowledge documentation, all while ensuring a high level of service to users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer hands-on support for technical hardware and software issues
• Manage mobile device configurations and deployments
• Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and telephony systems
• Provide training and support for remote users
• Document procedures for technical support processes
Requirements:
• Completion of 3rd year in Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft certifications or training is a bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Client-centric service approach required
• Familiarity with mobility technologies is advantageous
